Ingredients
1 cup flour1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt3/4 cup milk2 tbsp. vinegar2 tbsp. butter, melted1 egg
Directions
Combine the milk and vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

Whisk the egg and melted butter into the milk/vinegar mixture. Add the dry ingredients and whisk until the lumps have disappeared.

Drop batter by 1/4 cup onto a preheated griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Makes 8 pancakes
