Crockpot Country Chicken Chowder

cooking spray1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch pieces2 small onions, chopped2 ribs celery, sliced2 small carrots, sliced2 cups frozen corn2 cans (10 3/4 oz) cream of potato soup, undiluted.1 1/2 cans fat free chicken broth1/2 cup fat free half-and-half1 tsp dried dill weed
1. Spray cooking spray in large skillet. Add chicken; cook until browned. Add cooked chiekcn, onions, celery, carrots, corn, soup, chicken broth and dill to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink and veggies are tender.
2. Turn off heat; stir in half-and-half. Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes or just until heated through.
Makes 8 servings.
Note: For a special touch, garnish with fresh dill.
