Chili Slow Cooker

Ingredients
1.5 lb beef, cubed 1/2 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 cans red kidney beans1 can of corn1 can tomato sauce1 can diced tomatoes1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp ground cumin1 tbs olive oil5 cups of cooked brown rice
Directions
Mix all but the rice and slow cook for 8 hours on low.

Prepare rice at meal time and serve 1 cup of chili over a 1/2 cup of rice.
