1.25 lbs organic red potatoes2 tbsp olive oil.5 tsp salt.5 tsp pepper, black2 cloves garlic
1. Mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped garlic.
2. Toss potatoes in mixture and place on pre-greased cookie sheet (cut side down).
3. Cook at 450 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
Serving size: about 4 potato halves (101 grams)
