Apple Feta Salad

Ingredients
2 cups Marketside Spring Mix, Organic1.5 cups Dole-Butter Bliss Salad1 oz. Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese1/3 cup (40g) Berry Medley (found at Wal-Mart in produce)1/2 Granny Smith Apple, diced1/2 Pink Lady Apple, diced2 Tbsp. Wish-Bone Superfruit Vinaigrette1 lemon or orange (to prevent apples from browning AND adds nice flavor)
Directions
1. Toss Salad Greens Together
2. Cut and Dice: Green Apple and Pink Apple.
3. Slice Lemon or Orange in half, and squeeze over diced apples to prevent apples from browning.
4. Add Diced Apples to Salad.
5. Add to Salad, 1 oz feta cheese, crumbling as you add it.
6. Add the Berry Medley dried fruit
7. Toss all ingredients together
8. Plate your salad, and dress with 2 Tablespoons of Wish-Bone Superfruit Vinaigrette.
