Oats (Bob's Red Mill gluten free) - 6 CupsGolden Ground Flax Seed (Bob's Red Mill) - 4 CupsOat Bran (Trader Joe's) - 1.5 CupChopped Walnuts - 1 CupChopped Almonds - 1 CupCinnamon - 1 tspNutmeg - 1 tspOlive oil - 1/2 CupWater - 1.5 CupSalt 1 tsp
Directions
Mix together, breaking up clumps and evenly mixing wet and dry ingredients.

Bake at 250 - 300 for 2 - 3 hours until all is dry.

Add dried fruits such as dried figs, berries, or others when it is cooled.
