San Diego Salad

Ingredients
1 English cucumber, diced to "kernal" size1 avocado, diced1 large tomato, diced, including all juices1 small red pepper, diced1/2 small red onion (optional)1 cup frozen corn (yellow & white)2 T cilantro1 freshly squeezed juice of lime2 T soy sauce
Directions
Dice all fresh vegetables to small dice. Mix vegetables together with frozen corn. Add lime juice and soy sauce (or use equivalent amount of ponzu). Toss. Add salt and pepper to taste.
