Whole Wheat French Toast for Two

Ingredients
2 eggs1/4 cup non-fat milk1 Tbs sugar1 tsp vanilla extract4 small slices whole wheat bread
Directions
In a medium bowl, beat together eggs. Add milk, sugar, vanilla until well mixed. Pour into 8" to 9" flat dish. Spray 10" skillet with Pam and then heat over medium heat. One at a time, add bread slices to egg mixture, coating evenly on each side. Do in two batches, two pieces of bread at a time. To cook, add coated slices to skillet, cooking 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
