Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
Ingredients:Spinach, frozen, 500 grams (thawed and water removed)*green onion (spring onion), 0.25 cupHam, regular (11% fat), 7 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Heavy Whipping Cream, 50 mLEgg, fresh, 4 medium Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tspRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)Mushrooms, fresh, 6 cup, pieces or slices
Directions
Mix all ingredients together (except tomato).
Place in a shallow baking dish pressing down firmly.
Slice the tomato and place slices over the top of the quiche.
Bake for approx 30 min in a moderate over, or untill all liquid evaporates and quiche is set.
