Ingredients
1 cup halved strawberries, frozen1/2 cup whole raspberries, frozen1 cup apple juice1 cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurt2-3 ice cubes (about 1/2 cup ice)
Directions
Freeze fruit, chill juice. Blend all together with a couple ice cubes (1/2 cup).
