2 cucumbers 2 teaspoons sesame seeds 1⁄2 chili pepperr, deseeded and finely chopped 1 lemon
Using a veggie peeler, slice cucumbers into long thin ribbons. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds, chili and toss to coat. Drizzle with lemon juice.
