Ingredients
12 bratwurst linksBatter:1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup white flour3/4 cup cornmeal2 t sugar1/2 t baking soda1/4 t salt1 1/2 cup 2% milk1 large egg
Directions
Prep:
Cut brats into quarters
mix batter ingredients

Cooking Prep:
cook brat pieces through
drain and cool slightly (enough to touch)
heat oil

Final cooking:
dip brats into batter
place in frying oil and fry till golden

each quarter is one serving
