Brownies

Ingredients
1 stick of butter, melted1/2 cup coco powder1 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup flour1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and coat an 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray lined with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients, but be careful not to over beat the mixture. Stop when it just comes together, it is okay if there are lumps. pour batter into prepared pan and bake 25 minutes.

Immediatly after removing from oven, carefully lift brownies out of the pan (this is where the parchment paper really comes in handy, just make sure 2 sides are long enough to grab) and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes on the counter.

Cut into 9 squares and serve
