Chili-Beef Stuffing Bake

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. hot water1 pkg. Stovetop Cornbread Stuffing Mix1 lb. lean ground beef (box calls for 1 1/2 lbs)1 can (15oz) kidney beans, undrained1 can (8oz) tomato sauce1 c. chunky salsa1 c. 2% shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 400
Add water to stuffing mix; stir till just moistened
Brown ground beef; drain. Add beans, tomato sauce, and salsa.
Spoon into 2 qt. casserole; top with cheese and stuffing
Bake 30 min. or until heated through
