Buffalo Chicken Nuggets

2.lbs. Ground Chicken (most butchers will ground chicken breast for you)4 Egg Whites2 tbs Onion Powder (or to taste)2 tbs. Garlic Powder (or to taste)1 tbs ground black pepperFrank's Red Hot Wings Buffalo SauceI Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients and mix well (mixer or by hand like meat loaf). Use a 1TBS measuring spoon to make each nugget, 1 tbs. sized (about .5 oz). Arrange nuggets on a cooking stone or cookie sheet . Bake for 25 mins at 350.
In a bowl mix Frank's Red Hot Wings Buffalo sauce with 1 or 2 TBS of butter spray (to taste). Add cooked nuggets and gently stir to coat each nugget in the wing sauce.
Variation: For those who do not like spicy buffalo sauce, leave nuggets plain and dip in honey mustard, or BBQ sauce etc.
Serving Size: Makes about 63 nuggets.
