Tasty Meat Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp onion flakes2-3 cloves garlic1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)1 can tomato paste (6 oz)6 oz water3 tsp Italian Seasoning1.5 tbsp honeyred pepper flakes to tastesalt and pepper to taste6 oz Italian Sausage
Put everything (except meat) in medium pot over medium heat and simmer until warm (about 15 min).
Brown sausage in separate pan and add to sauce near the end.
