4 baked chicken breasts, diced into small chunks1.5 cups cabbage chopped1 large carrot, chopped1 cup okra, sliced1 large onion, chopped2 large celery stalks with leaves, chopped1 - 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes1 - 14 oz. can fat-free chicken broth1/4 teaspoon pepper
Place all ingredients, except chicken, in a large pan and simmer for one hour or until vegetables are soft. Add in chicken and heat thoroughly. Enjoy this soup for lunch or dinner.

This recipe is really good. The only change I made was to add okra to the ingredients. Also, I pressured cooked a whole chicken in my electric pressure cooker and then added the cabbage and tomatoes. The broth was awesome from the pressure cooker.. Thanks for posting this recipe. - 5/21/17
