50 Hershey Kisses1 can sweetened condensed milk3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart Baking mix1 tsp vanilla extract1/5 cup sugar (to roll the dough in)
Heat oven to 375. Remove wrappers from kisses. Beat condensed milk and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add baking mix and vanilla; blend well. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6 minutes or until very lightly browned. Remove from oven and press kiss in middle immediately. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool on wire racks.Yields 50 cookies; store in airtight container.
**NOTE - If I had to make again, I would use Fat Free sweetened condensed milk. I didnt have any so I used regular this time. Also - my cookies didnt brown at all except for on the bottoms. Stick to the 6 minute time frame or check the bottoms before you assume they arent done cooking. They will be very soft on top when you first pull them from the oven.
