1 lb chicken breasts (frozen) aprox 3 large breasts2 cans black beans (low sodium)1 jar salsa (16oz)1/2 c. uncooked quinoa
Directions
put frozen chicken at bottom then add black beans, uncooked quinoa & salsa.
