Millet Summer Salad

Ingredients
3 Cups Black Beans3 Cups Fresh cooked corn4 Cups chopped red, ripe tomatoes1/2 Cup chopped cilantro3 Cups cooked warm Millet (or brown rice)Vinaigrette:Lime JuiceApple Cider VinegarHoneyOlive Oil
Directions
Cook the millet per directions. Warm the beans or cook fresh. Cook the corn and cut off the cob. Chop tomatoes. Chop cilantro. Mix the vinaigrette. Mix it all together while the millet is still warm. So good warm. Also good the next day cold.
