Picnic Basket Bread

Ingredients
1 pkg active dry yeast2-1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour1 T sugar2 c finely chpd cooked chicken1-1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese1 (10 oz pkg) frzn chpd spinach, thawed & well-drained1/4 c grated parmesan cheese1/4 c finely chpd onion1 beaten egg white2 tsp sesame seed
Directions
Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water in mixer bowl. Add 1 cup of the flour, sugar, and 1 tsp of salt. Beat on low for 30 seconds. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Stir in as much remaining flour as possible. Turn out onto lightly floured surface. Knead in enough remaining flour to make moderately soft dough, smooth and elastic (3-5 min.) Cover; set aside. Filling: combine nexgt 5 ingredients and 1/4 tsp. salt. Roll dough into 16 x 10" rectangle. Spread filling lengthwise down center third of dough. Bring long edges together over filling; seal. Brush with mixture of egg white and 1 T. water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
