Angel food cake, stevia sweetened

1 cup sifted cake flourStevia substitute equivilent for 1.5 cups sugar1/2 teaspoons salt12 egg whites1TBS water1 tsp cream of Tartar1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Sift flour, salt and stevia together
2. Beat remaining ingredients until soft peaks form. Reduce mixing speed.
3. Sift a small amount of the dry mixture over the whipped eggs. Fold gently. Continue sifting and folding until all the flour mixture is incorporated to the wet.
4. Gently pour batter into a greased 10 inch pan. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes (or until toothpick inserted comes out clean)
Serve with fat free cool whip if you desire. :)

Have not used this recipe. My reason for giving it a poor review is that my understanding of baking an angel food cake is that you put the batter into an UNGREASED angel food cake pan. This is VERY important.
