Crockpot Potato Soup

Ingredients
8 Cups diced potato1/3 cup diced onion8 oz diced turkey ham3 cans low sodium chicken broth1 can low fat cream of chicken soup8 oz. low fat cream cheese (reserved)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for the cream cheese into the crockpot and allow to cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. When potatoes are soft, dice cream cheese and add to soup and stir until melted.
This can be made on the stove and will cook in about 1/2 hour until the potatoes are done. The original recipe includes pepper but I allow people to add their own to their taste.
