Ingredients

6 egg whites1 cup white sugar1/2 tsp salt1 tsp corn flour1 tsp white vinegar2 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form.
Slowly add sugar, salt and cornflour while whisking at high speed until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in vinegar and vanilla extract
Spoon into desired shape onto tray covered in greaseproof paper or foil.
Cook in a very slow oven (140oC) for 90 minutes.
