Taco Salad (high protein and fiber)

Ingredients
1 can of Swanson Canned Chicken Breast Meat, 1 cup black beans, 4 oz Pace Picante Sauce Mild, Romaine Lettuce 2 cups, Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Add light sour cream for some extra taste :).
Directions
I like to put the black beans and canned chicken in a bowl and put it in the microwave for a minute. Then I put it on the salad and it melts the cheese! Yummmmmmy!
