Ingredients
1 large hard-boiled egg, chopped fineabout 1 tbsp flourabout 1/2 tbsp butterabout 1/2 cup 2% milk
Directions
Make a white sauce with the flour, butter, and milk. When it's nice and creamy add the egg and cook until heated through.

    This is one of my favorite foods ever. I serve it over whole-wheat toast. Can easily be made with skim milk and 1/2 the butter. I also add dried dill weed, salt and pepper. Yummy! - 11/13/10
