1 can diced tomatoes3 tsp olive oil.75 cp whole wheat spagette5 leaves of basil2 tblsp green onion2 servings of low fat string cheese
heat the diced tomatoes till hot
add spagette to boiling water boil for 8 minutes
shred cheese
chopped basil and green onions
drain spagette place .5 cp on plate
top with .5 cup of diced tomatoes
sprinkle cheese basil and green onions over tomatoes
and drizzle the olive oil all over
eat and enjoy
