Ingredients
1 lb Turkey Sausage1 Onion1 Bell PepperFresh mushroom, to taste (optional)1 cup rice (brown or white)2 cups broth of choice
Directions
Cook 1 lb turkey sausage until brown.
Meanwhile, chop one onion and one bell pepper.
Saute with sausage for about 2 minutes
Chop fresh mushrooms and add to mixture.
Add one cup of brown or white rice and 2 cups of broth of choice.
Cover and simmer until rice is done and broth is mostly absorbed. (Twenty minutes for Minute Rice or up to 1 hour for regular rice.)

Recipe may be increased by adding 2 cups rice and 4 cups broth.
