Laura's Lean Beef 4% fat, 8 oz 1/2 Red Bell Peppers, chopped 1/2 Small Onion, chopped Garlic 1 clove, minced1/2 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped2 tbsp Chili powder1 tbsp Ground Cumin1/4 tsp Salt4 La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla1/2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 cup water
Brown the meat.
Add onions, bell peppers, jalapeno, garlic, and salt.
Add water and stir
Add chili powder and Cumin
Cook on medium heat until most of water is gone (about 20 minutes) stirring occasionally
Place 1/4 mixture into tortilla, add cheese and enjoy
