Ingredients
12-13 large, hardboiled eggs1/4 cup hummus1/4 cup lite mayo1T dijon mustard1/4 pickle relish1 cup chopped celerykosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Cover raw eggs with cold water. Heat on stovetop (lid on pot) on high heat until water comes to a boil. Immediately remove from heat, leave lid on. Set timer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, drain hot water from pan. Place eggs in cool water. Peel and chop. Add to other listed ingredients. Mix and enjoy!
