Pumpkin pasta with sausage and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 lb whole wheat farfalle1 pkg Gimme Lean "sausage" 1 small onion8 oz sliced portabellos4 clove garlic14 oz pumpkin1 c. vegetable broth1/4 c. parmigiano reggiano cheese1 tsp sage1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/4 c. heavy cream
Directions
While cooking pasta, brown sausage. Saute onion. Set aside. Mix rest of ingredients, then stir in pasta.
