fresh kale, chicken breast, celery, onion, lentils, chicken broth, salt, pepper
cook lentils in chicken broth, while waiting for lentils, cook chicken breast in a pan with olive oil, breaking it up into smaller pieces as you cook, when it cooked through, remove from pan and add veggitables and cook until onions are transparent. add to broth and add chicken. chop kale into small pieces, and add to pot. press down into broth, and cook for three minutes, remove from heat and serve
