vegtable beef and barley soup

Ingredients
8.4 oz of diced beef steak2 cups diced onion1.5 cups diced celery5 cups diced tin tomatoes4 cups frozen mixed vegtables8 cups water8 pkg of oxo beef bullion2 tsp of minced garlic3/4 cup pearl barley
Directions
put diced meat , onions and celery into large pot and saute a little then add balance of ingredients. Bring to a boil, turn heat down and simmer for 2 hours.
