400 g. Beef, Flank SteakMarinade:1/2 cup Soya Sauce1/2 tsp. Ginger1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder or 1 clove1 Tbsp. White Vinegar2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Prepare marinade.
Poke steak with a fork or slash with a knife on the diagonal.
Marinade steak overnight.
Barbecue approximately 8 minutes per side.
To serve, slice on the diagonal.
