Grilled Potato Pocket

Ingredients
1 Potato, medium, thinly sliced1/2 Onion, medium, thinly sliced2 Tbsp. Olive Oil2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Tear off a good size piece of aluminum foil and double it over.
Spray foil with olive oil spray.
Layer sliced potatoes and onion on prepared foil.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Place in 425 degree oven or cook on barbecue for approximately 20 minutes or until done.
