1/4 cup imitation crab meat2 baby portabella mushrooms1 tbps Miracle Whip Light.5 oz/1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese (shredded)oreganosalt and pepper
Combine the crab meat, mayo, mozzarella and spices and set aside.
Wash the mushrooms and remove stems, hollowing out an open space for the filling.
Fill the caps with the stuffing and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
