Brownies, easy to make

Ingredients
Melt in saucepan:1/2 cup butter2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolateAdd:1 C sugar1 C flour1 t. pero or noka (optional)1 t. vanilla 2 eggsMix and put in greased 8" x 8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes. Cool.For Frosting:Melt:1.5 Tablespoons butter1.5 Tablespoons milk1/3 C. sugarBring to boil. Remove from heat. Add:1/4 C semisweet chocolate chips.Stir to melt. Pour over brownies immediately.Cut into 9 pieces.
