Avery's Italian Veggie Soup

Ingredients
Celery 1 stalk. Baby carrots 1bag. Onions 3 large. Raw potaotes 3 medium to small. Chicken broth or Chicken Base. (Chicken base is MUCH better but has more sodium). Then comes the spices. All are dried. Rosemary, Marjoram, Thyme, Savory, Sage, Oregano, Basil.
Directions
Serving size is 1 cup. Always make your broth first and get that to the taste you like. Make sure broth is boiling when you get it to were you like. Then add all your Veggies that you cut up. Make sure the veggies arnt to small or to big. Then add all your spices. Make sure the veggies and spices boil for about 10mins. then turn to simmer for about another hour, hour and a half. Then serve. Its even good the next few days. Im a chef and I always say that soup tastes even better the next day. Enjoy!!!
