Seafood Chorizo Chowder

Ingredients
El Popular authentic chorizo or Cacique pork chorizo, 10 ozHunts 100% Natural Diced Tomatoes, 7 cupsChicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Onions, raw, 2 cup, choppedBay scallops, 16 oz
Directions
Remove chorizo sausage from case into pot.
Sautee chopped onions and chorizo until sausage is cooked and onions are caramelized.
Add 4 cans (14.5 oz each) of diced tomatoes.
Add 1 can of chicken broth
Bring to a boil.
Add shrimp, scallops and/or fish. If adding or using fish, dice into cubes before adding.
Cook on simmer until shrimp and/or fish is cooked through.
Serve in bowl.

Serving Size: makes 10 servings of 8.7 oz (247 grams) each
