Vanilla Kipfil

Ingredients
½ lb butter125 g sugar1t vanilla300 g flour150 g almonds, finely ground
Directions
Cream butter & sugar. Add vanilla. Slowly add flour. Add almonds, pushing into the dough. Form into a ball, cover & refrigerate 1 hr. Cover cookie sheets with parchment. Break off small balls (approx 10g) and shape into crescents. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool on parchment 5 minutes before removing. 50 calories/cookie.
