Mushroom Lasagna - no noodles, no meat

Ingredients
4 cups Sliced Mushrooms3 garlic cloves - miced 2 table spoons Olive Oil2 cups Ragu (or other) Spaghetti Sauce4 table spoons Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
1. Saute' mushrooms in olive oil and garlic
2. mix in Spaghetti Sauce and Parmesan Cheese
3. pour off into cassorole dish and top with Mozzarella Cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted/toasted. Roughly around 15 minutes.

I like to seperate this dish into single serving baking crocks. This helps me with portion size. I've also found that the unused single serving crocks freeze and bake off great. (When freezing extra i usually do so without baking.)
