Tuna Fish Sandwich

Ingredients
1 can solid whte tuna draned, 5 oz3 tbsp mayo, light1.5 tsp pickle relish2-3 tbsp onion3 tbl lettuce4 slices wheat bread, 45 cal slicesalt and pepper (optional)
Directions
drain tuna place in bowl and break apart good, mix in remaming ingreadients and mix well.

Toast bread and put on tuna.

Serving Size: makes 2 tuna sandwiches
