Salmon burgers

Ingredients
6 oz. canned red salmon1 egg2 tbsp. chopped onion1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
Directions
Drain salmon and mash down including the skin and bones. Add egg, lemon juice, onion and bread crumbs and stir until all is combined. Form into 4 equal patties and cook in pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray for about 2-3 minutes each side.

    This is really great, especially when you're hungry and in a hurry!
    I made the Dill Sauce for Salmon Patties (recipe on the Spark People web site) to go with these burgers and made a garden salad. No bread needed. Very filling and satisfying!! - 8/24/12
