Boar's Head Peanut Soup

Ingredients
6 tbsp butter2 tbsp onion chopped3 tbsp celery chopped6 tbsp white flour5 cups chicken broth3 cups of ground peanuts
Directions
melt butter, cook onion and celery in butter until translucent. Sprinkle flour over, and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Meanwhile, heat chicken broth in a different pan. Add peanuts and chicken broth to flour mixture. Simmer for 30 minutes.
