Ice Box cookies, Raw

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup raw cashews2/3 cup dates (4-6)3 T almond butter6oz chocolate chips (I get gluten and soy free ones made with cane sugar))1 tsp honey (optional)1 tsp walnut oil (optional)2tsp maca powder (optional)1/4 tsp salt optional
Directions
grind cashews in food processor
add dates, almond butter, salt and maca
keep mixing until it sticks if it is not sticking well add honey and/or walnut oil
put into bowl add chocolate chips
knead with hands
spread out on pan or other flat surface
cut out cookies ( I use a shot glass for small round bites)
put into container and freeze (keep frozen)
should be ready to snack on in just a few hours however best if they sit overnight
