Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1 jar of Two Sister's Gourmet by PartyLite Just Say Ole Mexican Simmerin' Sauce1.5 cups uncooked Minute Brown Rice1.5-1.75 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs.5 cup water
Directions
Trim visible fat off thawed chicken thighs. Put in bottom of slow cooker. Add sauce and water. Cover and cook on medium to high for 3.5 hours. Stir, add rice and cover, cooking an additional 30 minutes or so until rice is cooked. Serve.
