Mushroom Wrap

Ingredients
Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 3 grams Flour Tortillas, 70 gramsPortabella Mushrooms, 3 grams Mushrooms, fresh, 7 slice Shiitake Mushrooms, 3 grams Cream Cheese, 1 tbspMilk, 3.25%, 4 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp
Directions
Slice the three type of mushrooms selected, on a side, warm up a pan with the olive oil, once it started to heat up, put in the mushrooms and let them cook for 2 minutes; add the ricotta, milk and the cream cheese and season with salt and black pepper, let it cook for 3 more minutes.

Take a tortilla -warm it if needed- and wrap the mushroom mixture in it.
