Vegetarian Split Pea Soup

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped carrots1 cup diced daikon1.5 cup dried split peas (before soaked overnight)7 cups watersome salt and peppersome garlic powder
Directions
add everything together

bring to boil and then simmer for 60minutes
add spices after mix brought to simmer

can blend after cooked
