Potato Soup (w/instant mashed potatoes as thickener)

Ingredients
4 c chicken broth2 large carrots, diced2 large stalks celery, diced1 medium onion, chopped5 slices turkey bacon2 c 1% milk1/2 c instant mashed potato flakes5 large potatoes
Directions
Combine chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion and potatoes in pot and simmer until vegetables are soft. Cook bacon, chop, and add to vegetables. Add milk and mashed potato flakes to thicken. Simmer for 20 min.
