Sausage Balls

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb bulk pork sausage (could be mixed with turkey sausage if you have it in your area)3.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese (not fat free)3 cups baking mix or bisquick
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix all ingredients well with your hands or a pastry blender. (This is a good workout as it takes a little effort!)
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 18-20 minutes. Makes 50-60 pieces.
Nutritional information is for full-fat pork sausage and full-fat cheese. I do not recommend fat free cheese as it does not turn out well in this recipe.
